Employer Pool is operating as an employment business for the purposes of this vacancy. We are looking for a seasoned Sous Chef to work with a very successful client based in the bustling heart of Chester. As the successful candidate, you will prepare, cook and serve food ensuring a constant high standard of quality and customer service. You will be comfortable managing the kitchen operatives in the Head Chef’s absence and have excellent communication and time management skills. You will hold a minimum of level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and have proven abilities; either in the form of catering qualifications, or a proven work history.
This role is full-time, and requires the successful candidate to work flexibly to meet the demands of the business, including working over-time during festive / wedding periods.
